Beiliegend nun also unsere deutsche Ausschreibung mit den ersten wichtigen Info`s und Daten.

Aufgrund der nun engen Zeitschiene, werden einige Informationen in den nächsten Tagen noch nachgeschoben werden müssen. Aber nun erst einmal zu den Fakten:

Nominierungsregeln für die WM 2021, 28. Nov. – 4. Dez., 2021 in Huelva, Spanien.

Kurz zur Erinnerung: Ein Hygiene Konzept bezgl. der Einreise und dem Verhalten während der WM ist erstellt worden von dem Veranstalter und wird zeitnah kommuniziert werden – aber muss halt auch noch erst sorgfältig gelesen und übersetzt werden!
Basis der Qualifikation: DEM in 2019 die letzte gespielte DEM der Altersklassen
WM lässt 4 Nominierte (4 Einzel= 4 Personen, 4 Doppel= 8 Personen) pro Disziplin/ AK zu.
Es können keine Kontingente von anderen Ländern genutzt werden, auch nicht für die Doppel Disziplinen!
Die letzte WM war in 2019 in Katowice, Polen

Hinweis: Es ist uns allen bewusst, dass sich in diesen 2 Jahren die AK`s massiv verschieben und viele Spieler*Innen heute nicht mehr in der AK spielen, in der Sie sich qualifiziert haben.
Trotzdem hoffen und denken wir, dass bei Einhaltung der unten stehenden Regeln, alle qualifizierten Spieler*Innen dann auch tatsächlich nominiert werden können.
Trotz allem kann es zu Härtefällen kommen, und ein Gremium aus: Wilfried Jörres, Bernd Mohaupt, Cornelia Ern, Klaus Buschbeck, den Gruppensportwarten jeder Gruppe /= 4 Gruppensportwarte entscheidet in diesen Härtefällen. Auch in AK`s/ Disziplinen bei denen es Aufgrund von berechtigten Qualifikationen und Verschiebungen in den AK`s zu Überfüllung der 4rer Kontingente kommen kann, hat dieses Gremium die letzte Entscheidungsfreiheit.

Hier der Nominierung Mechanismus, die Kriterien sind gewichtet, d.h. das a) Kriterium ist das stärkste, das d) Kriterium ist das schwächste:

Kriterium
Die ersten 4 Plätze der DEM 2019 sind qualifiziert und haben das Recht zur Nominierung zur WM 2021, Huelva, Spanien vorausgesetzt diese Spieler*Innen melden tatsächlich zur WM 2021.
Aufgrund der zeitlichen Verschiebungen in den AK`s kann es zu Nominierung in einer „jüngeren“ AK kommen.
Das letzte Nominierungsrecht steht dem obigen Gremium zu.

Kriterium
Sollten nach dem 1. Kriterium noch freie Plätze zur Verfügung stehen, werden Plätze vergeben an die Spieler*Innen, die die WM2019, Katowice gespielt haben.
Die Spieler*Innen mit den besseren Platzierungen bei der WM 2019 werden den Spieler*innen mit schlechteren Platzierung WM 2019 bei der Nominierung für WM 2021 bevorzugt.
Das letzte Nominierungsrecht steht dem obigen Gremium zu.

Kriterium
Sollten nach dem 1. & 2. Kriterium noch freie Plätze zur Verfügung stehen, werden Plätze vergeben an die Spieler*Innen, die die EM 2018 in Guadalajara, Spanien gespielt haben.
Die Spieler*Innen mit den besseren Platzierungen bei der EM 2018 werden den Spieler*innen mit schlechteren Platzierung EM 2018 bei der Nominierung für WM 2021 bevorzugt.
Das letzte Nominierungsrecht steht dem obigen Gremium zu.

Kriterium
du hast dich in keinen der obigen 3 Kriterien qualifiziert, möchtest aber gerne spielen: dann melde dich und mögliche freie Plätze werden per Losverfahren vergeben.

Absagen: Nominierte Spieler*innen können bis maximal zum 9. November, 2021 absagen, ohne eine Strafgebühr hierfür zu erhalten
Absagen nach dem 9. November, 2021 führen eine Strafe von USD 250 mit sich, da am 10. November 2021 die Auslosung erfolgt

As per the advice of the local authorities with regards to the
organization of the WSC it is mandatory for all players to stay
at the official hotels during the event. It is mandatory to book
the official hotels through the organisers.
Cancellation terms:
– Until October 18: Cancellation free of charged
– Between 19 October-1 November: 50% cancellation fees
– From November 2nd onwards: 100% cancellation fees
If the tournament is cancelled or postponed then teams will
receive a full refund only if they have booked thorugh the official
travel agency.
Transport will be provided from all the official hotels listed in the
link.
Transport: wird gestellt für Alle, die die offiziellen Hotels buchen, und da dies ja nun Pflicht ist, hat jeder auch die Transportmöglichkeiten
Medizinisches Attest: Jede/r Spieler*innen muss vor der Teilnahme bei der WM ein unterzeichnetes Dokument von einem Arzt vorlegen, welches die Sport Tauglichkeit attestiert!

COVID 19 PROTOCOLS

1. Spain Entry Requirements

1.1. All information about the current requirements to entry to
Spain is available here: www.spth.gob.es/info-pcr
Health QR code
All participants traveling to Spain must fill out the details of the
Health Control Form (FCS) to obtain a QR code, which will need to
be shown upon arrival. The form can be completed either on the
Spain Travel Health (SpTH) website www.spth.gob.es/create or on
the SpTH app. The download link for the app are as below.

Before the trip:
Before traveling to Spain, make sure you have signed the form,
on the https://www.spth.gob.es or in the mobile app. With this
you will get the Health QR Code that you will have to show (paper
or mobile) at the airport health control to be able to continue your
trip. If you sign the form from the app, it will appear in the ‘My
Travel’ section, in addition to receiving an email that you can print.
You can only complete the health-related questions and
sign the completed form 48 hours before your arrival in
Spain.
In the airport: once at the airport, you must show the QR Code
that will be scanned at the health control, in order to access the
terminal and collect your luggage.

1.3. Risk countries: People travelling from a risk country
The list of high risk countries /areas, as well as the criteria used
to define them, will be reviewed by Spanish authorities every
seven days and update here: https://www.spth.gob.es
2. Travelling to-from FARO (PORTUGAL) AIRPORT: Please
note that conditions for travelling through Faro International
Airport must be check with Portugal’s autohorities thorught their
official website.
3. Insurance
Specific COVID-19 insurance is not currently required to enter
Spain. However, all participants must have personal insurance
covering any situation included Covid-19 hospitalization,
quarantine and any other costs. The Local Organising Committee
and BWF are not responsible for any insurance costs related to
COVID-19 during the tournament.
4. Hotels
For security reasons, it is a condition of entry that all participants
must stay in the official hotels.

5. What COVID-19 prevention measures are
recommended in Spain? Which ones are mandatory?

a.
To maintain a physical interpersonal distance of at
least 1.5 metres with non-cohabitants.
b. To wash hands frequently and thoroughly.
c. Respiratory etiquette: when coughing or sneezing, cover
your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbow. Use
tissues to remove respiratory secretions and throw them
away after use. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth,
as hands facilitate the transmission of coronaviruses.
d. Masks must be worn by those over 6 years of age:
o On public transport.
o On public roads, in open air spaces and in any
enclosed space for public use or open to the public,
whenever it is not possible to ensure the
maintenance of an interpersonal safety distance of
at least 1.5 metres.

More information will be distributed before the
tournament.

6. Positive test protocol
In the event of a positive test the participant and direct/close
contacts are required to follow the instructions of the LOC, BWF
and the local authorities at all times which may result in players
being withdrawn from the tournament. More information on these
protocols will be released closer to the event.
7. COVID-19 test services
The local organisers will offer an exclusive COVID test service
(PCR or Antigen) for all participants who have made their
reservations through the official travel agency. Prices will be
advised in advance

Also; es sind sicherlich einige Regeln zu beachten, aber mittlerweile sind wir viele dieser Maßnahmen gewohnt,
